OPTIMA COOL 30 is a new-concept, semi-synthetic machining liquid composed of synthetic ingredients, 30 % highly refined and mildly aromatic mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors, additives against foaming, and preservation ingredients that guarantee long-lasting biostability.

OPTIMA COOL 31

OPTIMA COOL 31 is a more effective variant of machining liquids OPTIMA COOL 30, which additionally contains effective anti-wear (AW) ingredients that facilitate machining operations by creating a highly resistant lubrication film that eliminates friction at the points of contact between tools and workpieces.

OPTIMA COOL 40

OPTIMA COOL 40 is a universal machining semi-synthetic liquid consisting of synthetic ingredients, 40 % highly refined and mildly aromatic mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors, and additives against foaming and preservation medium that guarantee long-lasting biostability. It is suitable for machining operations carried out using both conventional machining technology and NC or CNC machining centers.

OPTIMA COOL 41

OPTIMA COOL 41 is a more effective variant of the machining liquid OPTIMA COOL 40, which additionally contains effective anti-wear (AW) and extreme-pressure (EP) additives that facilitate machining operations by creating an active, highly resistant lubrication film that eliminates friction at the points of contact between tools and workpieces, even at extreme pressures and flow rates.

OPTIMA COOL 42

OPTIMA COOL 42 is a more effective lubrication variant of the machining liquid OPTIMA COOL 40, which contains affective anti-wear (AW) additives that facilitate machining operations by creating a highly resistant lubrication film that eliminates friction at the points of contact between tools and workpieces. Additionally, the machining liquid OPTIMA COOL 42 contains special passivation corrosion inhibitors for colored metals and is therefore suitable for machining a broad spectrum of materials.

OPTIMA COOL 70

OPTIMA COOL is emulsifying oil composed of specific emulsifiers, 70 % highly refined and mildly aromatic mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors, additives minimizing foaming, and special preservation means. Machining liquid thus conceived makes it possible to obtain properties that are characteristic for milky emulsions.

OPTIMA COOL 100

OPTIMA COOL 100 is a synthetic machining liquid that is free of mineral or vegetable oil, is fully water-soluble, forming a stable solution with water. Since biological degradability is greater than 80 %, it guarantees easier liquidation. Its composition is environment friendly and its use helps improve work conditions and work environment. It is used in all machining operations involving grinding, where the geometry tool is not precisely defined.

OPTIMA COOL 200

OPTIMA COOL 200 is wholly synthetic, lubrication-wise more effective variant of machining liquid OPTIMA COOL 100, which additionally contains effective anti-wear (AW) and extremepressure-resistant (EP) additives that actively help, during machining operations, eliminate friction at the points of contact between tools and workpieces even at extremely high pressures and flow rates. Moreover, the machining liquid OPTIMA COOL 200 contains special passivation corrosion inhibitors for colored metals, and is therefore suitable for machining of a broad spectrum of machining materials with precisely defined or non-defined geometry of the tool’s cutting edge.

OPTIMA COOL LACTIC

OPTIMA COOL LACTIC is a special, semi-synthetic machining liquid, which has been developed on the basis of derivatives of lactic acid, i.e., with lactates forming part of the emulsifying system. Additives thus conceived, mixed with highly refined naphthenic base oil, corrosion inhibitors, and anti-foaming ingredients form a micro-emulsion of excellent detergents with outstanding cleansing and natural hydroscopic properties. These enable the emulsion to regulate the moisture of the workers’ skin that is exposed to the machining liquid. Furthermore, they eliminate the tendency to form adhesive residue on machining technology, jigs, and tools. Thus, this machining liquid is able to achieve optimal results during cutting operations, while being user-friendly to the operator’s skin and the machines themselves.
